• Tinsel Pipe cleaners
• Metallic shiny beads

Sparkling Beaded Napkin Rings

Instructions

1. Bead approximately 24 beads on the pipe cleaner, leaving about 2 inches on each end.

2. Make a circle with the beaded segment and secure by twisting the pipe cleaner once or twice.

3. Loop the remaining pipe cleaner around a pencil to make a curly design on top
